I often wish I had more time to walk around town and enjoy the return of some really glorious weather. I spent most of the morning making two kinds of soup and pot stickers (gyoza) I love cooking and like to spend time in my kitchen, but Sunday is for meandering.
How do you like to spend your Sundays

Ahhh...so peaceful! Sundays are quiet days here. Long walks, reading, cooking food that takes forever (but is worth the wait!). Today is a snow day (finally!!!!), so I may have to disrupt the quiet with a crunchy snow walk followed by a crackly fire in the fireplace...
P.S. I would love to have your recipe for pot stickers!

Thank you so much for the recipe! I haven't had a chance to try them yet (four year old and two year old keeping me on my toes right now!), but they sound excellent! Making a special trip to the Asian market this weekend.
