Although I like travelling to far-away lands, coming back to the usual grind becomes more difficult with each trip I take. To slough off the blahs and get myself back to normal (of sorts) I like to go out for a nice long solitary walk. I wasn't out to take photos but I just happened to snap this one about halfway through my journey. I don't know if you can feel it, but the serenity of this path really calmed my nerves. What do you do to wind down and relax?

I like to make bread. There is something very calming about the kneading process.
